Invasions

Overview
Invasions are periodic conflicts between enemy factions that you can participate in. They appear in the Invasions tab of your navigation screen and represent the struggles between the Grineer and Corpus or either faction's fight against the Infested. Siding with a faction earns you a variety of different rewards at the end of the conflict.
How Invasions Work
Each invasion has one or more conflict nodes and each node offers a different reward (battle pay) depending on which side you chose. To earn battle pay, you must complete 3 invasion missions on that specific node for your chosen faction.
Battle pay will not be given immediately after the third mission. Rewards are only distributed once the conflict on that node has fully settled, regardless of who won.
Note: Participating in 5 or more missions against the Corpus or Grineer will mark you for assassination by the Zanuka Hunter or the Grustrag Three respectively. Similar to the Stalker, these assassins will invade your missions and have unique loot including weapons, landing craft blueprints, sigils, and rare mods.
Invasion Rewards
The most common battle pay rewards are Detonite Injectors (Grineer), Fieldron (Corpus), and Mutagen Masses (Infested). However, conflict nodes can offer rarer rewards include Orokin Catalysts, Orokin Reactors, and retired event weapons.
Note: Don't undervalue Detonite Injectors, Fieldron, and Mutagen Masses. Many clan research weapons require moderate amounts of these, and receiving them pre-built from invasions is significantly faster and cheaper than crafting them yourself.
